After contacting us, you will receive a packet with prices,
references, music selection lists, event planning forms and
a sample contract.
● If we
have an opening for the date of your event, you are
identified as a tentative client for that date and will have
first right of refusal to that date. If we receive another
inquire for that date, we will contact you prior to
accepting another client.
● If you
decide to schedule our services, we ask for a $100
down payment. The balance is due on or before the date of the
event. payment.
● You receive an interview before your event,
to help us learn what's important to you and to plan a
celebration that best creates the atmosphere you intend.
● We
assist with music selection by offering suggested play lists
and online music catalogs.
● We
arrive 60 minutes before the start of the event to insure
everything is in place well in advance of guests arriving.
You are not charged for setup and breakdown time.
● You and your guests
are the main focus throughout the event. We work in the
background to ensure that you and your guests hear the type of music you want, played at a volume and pace that enhances your celebration
rather than calling attention to ourselves. |
